Via Train:
The Rheingoldhalle at Mainz Congress Centre is located on the Rhine River and is about 2 km or 8 minutes by taxi from the Mainz central railway station (Mainz Hbf). Trains from the Frankfurt/Main airport terminal to Mainz Hbf leave 3 - 4 times per hour and take 20 - 30 minutes. You can take either the Intercity (IC) or Regional (RE and S-Bahn) trains.
Tickets can be purchased from a machine or teller near the train platform. Trains also leave from the Frankfurt railway station several times per hour for a 30-minute ride to Mainz.

Via Taxi:
A taxi ride from Frankfurt Airport to the Mainz Congress Centre and conference hotels will take about 30 minutes and cost approximately 45 euro.
